How to Apply

Students are admitted to HHCA based upon completion of parent and student applications, interviews, entrance testing and submission of academic records.

The deadline to complete the admissions process for our first round of decisions (Early Decision Program) is January 31. This year a special financial incentive is being offered for Early Decision applicants:  Those who complete the application process by January 31 will have the $100 application fee applied to their child's upcoming year's tuition.

The deadline for our second round of decisions is March 1.  After March 1, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spaces are offered as they become available.

Application Checklist

The following application materials must be submitted prior to scheduling admissions interviews or entrance testing:

  • Parent application
  • Student application (for grades 5-12)
  • Application fee of $100
  • Copy of the student’s most recent report card
  • Transcripts or copies of academicrecords from the past two years
  • Standardized testing records
  • Pastor’s recommendation letter (verifying your family regularly attends church)

Once the above materials have been submitted, the admissions process continues with:

  • Entrance testing
  • Student interview
  • Parent interview

 

Students are enrolled for one academic year at a time.  The purpose of this policy is to allow the school to evaluate student performance and thereby insure that the student body of HHCA, individually and as a whole, reflects the values and expectations as stated in the handbook.
