Admissions / Enrollment

For current families, the opportunity to re-enroll for the following school year typically opens in December with re-enrollment contracts due in January. If you are a new family or considering bringing a new student to HHCA for the 23-24 school year begin our two-phased application process here.

Mid-January: Priority Admissions Deadline (all checklist items for both admissions phases must be complete)
February: Decisions For Priority Admissions Candidates Released & Priority Admissions Contracts Due

Getting Involved

Plugging in can be an important aspect of the HHCA experience for parents who want to connect with others or have the desire to volunteer. We currently have three parent/volunteer led organizations with numerous opportunities to do both.

Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)

All parents are members of our Parent Fellowship organization, known as PTF. Monthly meetings feature guest speakers, important school updates, fellowship, devotion, and more. Additionally, each grade has an assigned PTF Grade Rep who serves as a communicator throughout the year.

Athletics Booster Club

Our Athletics Booster Club also offers a great way to plug in to Eagle Nation. In addition to annual memberships, volunteers support HHCA athletics in various capacities throughout the year.

Fine Arts Booster Club

Those passionate about the arts can also connect with others through our school's robust, growing Fine Arts Booster Club. Director of Fine Arts James Berry hosts quarterly meetings where fine arts supporters can connect with one another while learning more about events and program initiatives.

Our school nurse, Rachel Lucania, is an integral part of an entire Health & Safety Team of experts that monitors medical updates and guides policies, protocols, and planning.

The safety and security of our students is top priority. We make exceptional efforts daily to ensure your children are safe, secure, and protected.

Student Policies & Discipline

Tech | Devices, Passwords, and School Accounts

HHCA mentors and parents use two primary password-protected accounts to monitor student progress throughout the school year.

MyHHCA

MyHHCA is our school's Student Information System (SIS) in which all student and family information is housed. Mentor information, class schedules, and more can be found within MyHHCA.

Report cards are posted in student and parent accounts quarterly.

Echo

Echo is a learning management system designed specifically for project-based learning. It is an innovative grade book system used by mentors and students throughout the year. General assignments and course/project information are stored in Echo, which students and mentors access on a regular basis.
