Please ensure that the enrollment checklist items in your parental portal have been completed. For rising 8th-12th grade students, this includes a third quarter and/or final report card/transcript. We are also asking for all students (K-12) to provide a birth certificate.

What is MyHHCA?

MyHHCA is our school’s secure student information system. It is the central hub for all student and family information, including contact details, mentor assignments, class schedules, report cards, and important school resources.

Parent Access

Look for an email with the subject line: Action Required: Connect to Hilton Head Christian Academy.  This email includes instructions for connecting with HHCA via Blackbaud, our student services information system. After creating a Blackbaud ID, you will have access to your "MyHHCA" account.

PLEASE NOTE: Families who submit contracts over the summer months may experience up to one week delay for receipt of this email to connect.

Once logged in, you will see a parent resource board that includes helpful links, such as our online health portal, Magnus, along with other tools and information. Magnus is where you will upload required immunization and health-related forms.

Parent access is released first so families can complete required forms, review information, and prepare for the upcoming school year.

Student Access

Students will receive access to their "MyHHCA" accounts closer to the start of school. At that time, they will be able to view items such as class schedules and mentor assignments.

This timing helps ensure schedules and placements are finalized before students log in.

Report Cards

Report cards are posted quarterly and can be viewed in both parent and student MyHHCA accounts.

Orientation Day is designed to help every new family feel confident, connected, and ready for the first day of school. 

On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, we will begin at 9:00 AM in the Performing Arts Center with a welcome session for all new families. From there, students and parents will transition into divisional gatherings tailored to each age group.

Kindergarten–5th Grade students will head to their assigned learning suites to meet their mentors and begin building classroom connections.

Middle School students (6th–8th Grade) will connect with their Eagle Ambassadors to walk through schedules, locate classrooms, and pick up essential items such as Chromebooks and keycards.

New Upper School students (9th–12th Grade) will spend time with a few members of our Guidance Team, our Director of Guidance, and our College and Career Advisor, in an informal setting designed to build relationships and answer questions. During this time, Upper School parents will remain in the PAC for a brief session with Eagle Ambassadors and leadership to ensure families feel prepared and informed. Students will then reconnect with their Ambassadors to review schedules and collect needed materials.

Orientation also includes our annual Club Walk, where students can explore the many clubs and activities available at HHCA. It is a great opportunity to discover ways to get involved, pursue interests, and find community early in the year.

Environmental Club Uniform Swap

HHCA's Environmental Club has an on-campus Uniform Swap initiative available to all current in incoming school families. In addition to dedicated Uniform Swap events, held at orientation and at least once throughout the school year, the "store" is available by appointment during the school day.

• hhca.org/shop - HHCA's official online spirit store, HHCA Shop, is open at hhca.org/shop several times throughout the year, with dates published in school communications. 

  All tops and bottoms offered through HHCA Shop are approved for Middle & Upper School dress code. The jogger-style bottoms approved for MS/US dress code are offered in every store. (*For delivery prior to the first day of school, orders must be placed by July 14. These items will be available for pick-up at Orientation on August 12.)

• Uniform Work & Sport by ITS Classics (formerly Uniform Work & Sport, now online only) - This online store offers approved uniform items, including a jogger for MS/US students. This is the only store offering the approved MS/US skort. (*Order before July 26 to receive items before the first day of school.)

HHCA SHOP is the official source for HHCA spirit wear, apparel, and accessories. All products are custom-designed exclusively for HHCA and are available only through our online HHCA Shop during select sales throughout the year. 

For Middle School and Upper School students, all apparel sold through HHCA Shop is approved for dress code wear.

Orders are distributed on campus after each store closes, making it easy for families to stock up on approved school apparel while supporting HHCA. A portion of every purchase directly benefits the school.

Other opportunities to get HHCA gear:
 

• hhca.org/uniform - Uniform specific items can be purchased through online stores offered throughout the year at hhca.org/uniform. All items in this online store, which opens and closes at specific dates, are approved for dress code as well.  The second HHCA.org/Uniform store will be open August 10-23, with delivery on campus in mid-September.  
   
• Uniform Swap - The HHCA Environmental Club hosts a Uniform Swap initiative through which families can get gently used spirit gear and uniform-related items get details 
   
• Team Stores - Most teams have online stores with sport-specific gear. These are organized and communicated by coaches.
   
• BSN Store - Not all items are dress code approved, however HHCA gear is also available here and shipped directly to the customer.

Magnus Health Portal

All HHCA health and wellness requirements must be completed and uploaded into your Magnus Health Portal. Families will have access to Magnus through MyHHCA (outlined above) beginning June 1.  In the meantime, you can access the athletics pre-participation health form HERE.

Summer Strength & Conditioning Workouts

HHCA offers summer workouts for all HHCA student athletes (both boys and girls). 

Speed and conditioning sessions, open to both boys and girls, take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the weight room patio.

Tuesday/Thursday Speed Training Schedule:

• Upper School: 7:00–8:00 AM
• Middle School: 8:00–9:00 AM

Varsity Football athletes train Monday–Thursday from 7:00–9:00 AM. Times may adjust based on team activities. Athletes should wear white shirts and blue shorts and bring both tennis shoes and cleats.

PLEASE NOTE:

• A sports physical dated after April 1, 2026 is required to participate. Please see the information above about sports physicals. Students who wish to participate before gaining access to the Magnus Health Portal (on or before June 1) should email a copy of the required pre-participation health form to Brett Lattire, Athletic Trainer. You will still need to upload the form into Magnus when you have access to do so.
• Athletes should come prepared with athletic shoes and cleats.
• Coach Houpt will offer additional weight room availability for other sports as schedules are finalized.

Official practices for varsity fall sports begin July 23, with Middle School practices starting at a later date.

Parents and student athletes participating in fall sports are asked to attend an important Fall Sports Parent/Team meeting on Wednesday, August 12. Click here for details.

Student health information is stored and updated annually in our secure online health portal. You will have access to the health portal, Magnus, through MyHHCA by June 1, as outlined above.All health requirements must be completed and/or uploaded prior to August 1st.

Students who plan to play a sport during the 2026–2027 school year must have a pre-participation physical dated after April 1, 2026.

By April 1, all rising 5th through 12th grade students will receive a message from Brett Lattire, our Athletic Trainer, outlining the requirements for participating in summer sports conditioning or any sport during the 2026–2027 school year. This email will also include information about on-campus physical dates.

Please note: All Magnus Health requirements must be completed and uploaded, including pre-participation physical forms, prior to participating in any sports, conditioning and practices. Delicious, healthy meal options are available for purchase in advance Monday-Thursday. 

Lower School students need to bring lunch on Fridays. Middle and Upper School students do not have lunch at school on Fridays.

Orders must be placed in advance through Boonli, our online lunch ordering platform.  All families need to create a new Boonli account to begin ordering following these steps:

1. Click here to begin.
2. Click "Create An Account"
3. Enter HHCA1 (our school's password)
4. Register for a new account NEW ACCOUNT (even if you have had one in the past)
5. Add profiles of each person for whom you will be ordering
6. Click "I'm Done" & begin to order

HHCA offers bus service to and from Hilton Head Island. Pre-registration is required, and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Annual Bus Service Fees | 2026-2027 School Year:

• $800 per student for one-way service (morning or afternoon)
• $1200 per student for both pick-up and drop-off

Pick up and drop off will take place at Hilton Head Presbyterian Church with a 7:20 AM departure and 3:45 PM arrival Monday-Thursday and 1:00 PM arrival on Fridays.

Retreats are a loved and important aspect of the HHCA experience for Middle and Upper School students. This time away from campus early in the school year is intentionally designed by our Spiritual Life Team and Mentors with epic activities to ensure class bonding, time for quiet reflection, spiritual growth, guest speakers, and more!

HHCA offers After School Care to Lower School Families. The program includes supervised homework time, snack time, and fun/free time as well.

• Monday - Thursday: 3:00-5:30 PM; Friday 12:30-3:00 PM (When school is in session.)

2026-2027 COST

• $20 per student per day (not to exceed $300 per student per month)
