If you are applying for financial assistance, you'll need to complete the separate application here and submit all requested forms within two weeks of completing the HHCA application. Our hope is that a transparent expectation of the financial commitment will provide clarity in the decision process. All financial assistance applications must be completed in Phase 1, before being considered for Phase 2.

Report cards/transcripts are required for the last full year of school for all rising 1st-12th grade applicants.

This is a parent-driven process. 

You can download a student records request form HERE if needed to request records from your student's current school. HHCA will be contacting your student's principal to begin the evaluation process.

HHCA uses the standardized MAP test scores to benchmark student candidates during the admissions process. 

If your child has a MAP test score from Spring 2023, log in to your FinalSite Enrollment account to upload the required documents.

We also offer both on-campus and virtual testing dates, which will be available in your FinalSite Enrollment checklist.

If you are applying for financial assistance, complete the separate application found here.  Financial assistance (FACTS/Flex Tuition) applications for the 2024-2025 school year opened on November 1, 2023. 

Please note, while you may be invited to Phase 2 of the application process without completion of your tentative FACTS/Flex Tuition contract, this checklist item must be marked complete before a response regarding your child's enrollment will be provided.

Rising 6th-9th grade candidates are required to submit a math and English evaluation completed by the student's most recent math and English teachers.

Rising 1st-12th grade candidates are required to submit a recommendation completed by the student's current Principal.

If your child has an IEP, 504, and/or a psychological evaluation, you may submit those documents through your Finalsite Enrollment checklist. Click on "View Checklist" to upload your documents.

You will hear from the HHCA Admissions Committee usually within 2 weeks regarding HHCA's ability to accommodate your child, both in terms of ARC scheduling and your student's unique needs. 

Your student may benefit from an HHCA Shadow experience, which gives him/her the opportunity to spend a day on campus, meeting potential classmates and getting to know our mentors.

These one-hour sessions are for potential Kindergarten and 1st-grade candidates and their parents and include both the student assessment and time with HHCA's Lower School Principal.

Within the checklist in your FinalSite Enrollment account, there is a link to schedule your Family Interview. The Family Interview is for rising 2nd-12th grade students.

This in-person interview includes parents, the student, and the appropriate principal.
