As we return to school on campus, it is more important than ever that we work in partnership with families and students to maintain as healthy a campus as possible. This will require a heightened measure of each of us doing our part, whether on campus or at home.
However, even with every precaution, we cannot entirely eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. To that end, we are asking all families to sign a Family Health Partnership Agreement that acknowledges the full understanding of our partnership and inherent risk.
This document will require an electronic signature from all parents / legal guardians. It was recently emailed via DocuSign from the HHCA Business Office.
THE AGREEMENT MUST BE ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AND RETURNED PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (AUGUST 5TH) FOR YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND IN-PERSON CLASSES.
