Raptor Visitor Management System

All HHCA visitors (parents, volunteers, contractors, etc.) are required to sign in at the front desk through the Raptor Visitor Management System. The Raptor system enables HHCA to screen campus visitors upon arrival and track visitors on campus at any given time.   
Check-in/Check-out Protocol
Upon entering the school lobby, ALL visitors must present a government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, which will be scanned into the Raptor system for a high-level background check. Once the check is complete, Raptor will issue a printed badge that identifies the visitor, the date, and the purpose of his/her visit. Before leaving campus, visitors will be required to sign out through the system as well.
