A Tradition of Success
Athletics is an exciting part of the HHCA experience! Nearly 75% of our Middle and Upper School students participate on an Athletic team. Whether a student wants to try a new sport or make new friends by participating on a school team, our Athletics program is designed to offer a place to play, compete, grow, and connect.
Plus, HHCA Athletics enjoys a long-standing tradition of success, with 15 State Championship titles in the past 11 years alone. In just the past 2 years, HHCA has claimed 7 State Championship titles in 4 sports.
Developing Talent. Building Character.
Our coaches are committed to helping students reach their full potential-not only in their sport, but also in life. HHCA Athletics is a place for student-athletes to discover and develop their God-given talents while building valuable life skills, such as DISCIPLINE, TEAMWORK, COMMITMENT, PERSEVERANCE, and SPORTSMANSHIP.
We have amazing coaches--I would argue national caliber. What makes athletics at HHCA unique is that our leaders and coaches are mentors. The student-athlete experience is transformational vs. transactional.

Annual Sports Physicals
5th-12th grade students who participate in athletics must have an annual sports physical & complete the Pre-Participation History & Health Assessment and other required athletic waivers. HHCA requires physicals for rising 6th-12th grade students who plan to participate in HHCA Athletics this summer or during the 2022-2023 school year. NOTE: Some 5th graders are permitted to play on Middle School athletic teams with permission from the HHCA Athletic Department.
