Background:

I am a Financial Advisor with The MayRiver Group at Morgan Stanley and currently live in Bluffton with my wife Audrey and daughter Adelynn. Audrey and I graduated from HHCA in 2014 whereas we both completed our undergraduate degrees at the University of South Carolina. I am currently undergoing the MBA program at USC as well. I’m originally from the Lowcountry and we moved back here from Atlanta almost two years ago (we missed the coast!).

What was your most memorable experience at HHCA?

I met my wife at HHCA so I would have to say that is definitely my most memorable experience! I would also include that Spirit Week will always be a great memory from school. Those weeks were an absolute blast and it was such a fun time having students, teachers, and faculty come together and perform some pretty hilarious dance routines.

What is one word that would describe the impact HHCA made on you?

If I had to put it in one word, it would be familial. The school was always like a second family to me and gave me the opportunity to create several lifelong friendships with other students and teachers. When we moved back to this area, we had former teachers and friends welcome us back after not seeing one another for a few years. That familial bond that HHCA creates is definitely special, both personally and spiritually, and one that I continue to appreciate over the years.
