Dr. Zach Reynolds

Class of 2012

Background:

I am currently an Orthopedic Surgery Resident living in Greenville, SC.

How did your time at HHCA influence your career path?

My time at HHCA made a huge impact on my career path. Whether that was in the classroom or on a sports team, the life lessons I learned and my initial interest in science formed at HHCA helped me succeed in my career path of attending medical school and currently as an Orthopedic Surgery Resident. The importance of having a strong work ethic and working well on a team are two areas that I know were cultivated during my time at HHCA.

What is one piece of advice that you would give to current HHCA students?

One piece of advice I would give current HHCA students is to enjoy where you are at. HHCA is a place where you will form some lifelong friendships and create a strong spiritual and academic foundation for your future life and career. For me at least, time has flown by, and I look back now thankful for the experiences and relationships that were made during my time at HHCA.

My time at HHCA made a huge impact on my career path. Whether that was in the classroom or on a sports team, the life lessons I learned and my initial interest in science formed at HHCA helped me succeed.
