Background:
I was born on Hilton Head and attended HHCA from 2nd grade through 12th grade, graduating in 2009. I received my undergraduate degree from The Citadel and my law degree from the University of South Carolina. I’m an attorney at Novit & Scarminach where I practice real estate and business law. I live in Bluffton with my wife, Tia.
How did your time at HHCA influence your career path?
HHCA equipped me with all of the tools necessary to succeed both academically and professionally. I gained valuable knowledge, skills and experience at HHCA that have helped me both in my career and in life in general. The transition into college, grad school, and the professional world was seamless because of the academic and spiritual foundation that was laid at HHCA.
What is one piece of advice that you would give to current HHCA students?
Work hard and get involved! The more that you put into your education, the more you will get out of it. HHCA provides tremendous opportunities to participate in activities and gain experience that will serve you well in the future.
