Jessica Stones Stokes

Class of 2000

Background:

I graduated with the HHCA class in 2000. In college, I received a bachelor's degree in elementary and early childhood education where I went on to teach 1st grade at HHCA for 2 years. During this time, I met my husband, an officer in the US Army, and we married and moved to Ft. Campbell, KY where I continued teaching for 2 more years. Since leaving Ft. Campbell in 2009, I've left the teaching field, and I'm currently a stay at home mom to our five children. I've moved with my husband 7 times over the last 16 years, and we most recently moved to Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs, CO.

What was your most memorable HHCA experience?

In my 9 years as a student at HHCA, Spirit Week was always a time of spiritual focus mixed with so much laughter and school bonding. I learned some very valuable spiritual lessons that have followed me beyond high school, and I will always be grateful for the people from HHCA who poured into me and helped mold me into the wife, mother, and Godly woman I am today.
