Luke Sirgo

Class of 2011

Background:

I graduated with the Class of 2011. I played sports all throughout high school and was elected class president and student council president. After graduating HHCA I went on to play football at Campbell University. During my time at Campbell, I studied Wealth Management, Financial Planning and received my Masters in Business Administration. I went on to work as a Financial Analyst in Charlotte for 6 years before returning back home to Hilton Head. In 2020, I joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor in the Hilton Head office.

What is one piece of advice that you would give to current HHCA students?

Don’t ever wish you were somewhere else or wish you were somewhere in the future. Live in the moment. After graduating from high school, going to college and moving out into the real world, you realize very quickly that each experience at Christian Academy is truly unique and special.

What was your most memorable experience at HHCA?

We won the State Championship in both football and baseball in the same school year. Winning was great, but the lasting memory was experiencing it with my best friends.
