Stan Bray

Class of 2001

Background:

I am a Class of 2001 HHCA graduate, happily married to my beautiful wife, Christina, and the father of a fun-loving 4-year-old daughter, Josephine ("JoJo"). Before a life-altering accident last year, I worked as an electrical contractor. Now, my focus is on rehabilitation as I navigate the paralysis caused by my injury.

What was your most memorable HHCA experience?

Winning the 2001 basketball state championship.

How did HHCA shape you spiritually?

Most notably when I gave my life to Christ on a high school retreat my freshman year.

What is one word to describe HHCA's impact on your life?

Lasting.

How did your time at HHCA influence your career path or life?

HHCA played a key role in developing the spiritual, academic, and social skills necessary for the next stage in life after high school.

"Enjoy the journey it's just getting started. Knowing who you are and where you are in the journey will keep you moving in the right direction."
