How have you been impacted by HHCA?

HHCA has helped me grow in my faith and strengthened my relationship with God. The feeling of community is unlike any school that I have been to. When I first got here, I was nervous about starting a new school. Within a week, I had a strong group of Christian friends that I consider my closest friends now. Everybody knows everybody.

What will you miss most about HHCA?

I will miss how much the mentors care about their students. Every mentor at the school cares so much about every single one of their students. I love being able to go to school and sitting and talking with them. The mentors not only care about the students grades, but they also care about their students as a person.

Is there an HHCA mentor, staff member or coach that has a particularly positive impact in your life?

The HHCA mentors that have positively impacted my life are Mrs. Adams and Mr. Lingafelt. Both of those mentors are always willing to sit down and listen to me rant. They always give the best advice. More importantly though, they have inspired me to live my life in God's light. Whenever I have a problem, both of them always make sure that I have prayed about the situation. They push me to show God in all of my actions, even when it is not easy to do and are always holding me accountable.
