🏋️‍♂️ Summer Training for HHCA Athletes

 

HHCA Middle and Upper School student-athletes are invited to take advantage of summer workout opportunities designed to build strength, speed, and agility while preparing for the upcoming school year. The HHCA Athletics Summer Workout Schedule runs from May 27 to July 17, with multiple training blocks offered for both middle and upper school students.

💪 Varsity Football

  • Monday–Thursday (7:00–9:00 AM)

💥 Varsity (Non-Football) Athletes

  • Monday–Thursday (9:00–10:00 AM)

  • Open to all varsity athletes looking to train over the summer.

🏃‍♂️ Upper School Speed & Agility with Marwin

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays (7:00–8:00 AM)

  • Focused training on speed and agility for upper school athletes of all sports.

🚀 Middle School Speed & Agility with Marwin

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays (8:00–9:00 AM)

  • Tailored sessions to help rising athletes build solid athletic foundations.


These workouts are a fantastic way to stay active, grow in discipline, and connect with teammates over the summer months. All sessions take place on campus and are led by our HHCA coaching staff and trusted athletic performance partners.
