At HHCA, the safety and security of our students is a top priority, and we make exceptional efforts daily to ensure your children are safe, secure, and protected.
Over the summer, important new security measures were implemented, including changes to our campus access procedure and the addition of a new Anonymous Reporting app. To learn more about all the campus security initiatives in place, click HERE.
Campus Access
Beginning Monday, August 22, 2022, campus access during the school day will only be granted through the keypad at the main entrance gate on Bluffton Parkway. This is located between Masters Way and Buckwalter Pkwy. Instructions for calling the front desk from the keypad are posted at the gate. You must be cleared for entrance at the gate before proceeding onto campus.
Once cleared for entry through the main gate, ALL visitors (parents, volunteers, contractors, etc.) must report to the front desk and sign in through the Raptor Management System. The Raptor system enables us to screen campus visitors upon arrival and track visitors on campus at all times.
Anonymous Reporting App
Also new this year is an Anonymous Reporting app for students and parents, which will be available later this month. The app may be used to report concerns, tips, and information without disclosing your contact information. Watch your inbox this month for a link to the new app. In the meantime, click HERE for anonymous reporting through hhca.org.
