HHCA Robotics Teams Shine at Regional Competition

HHCA’s Lower and Middle School robotics teams had an impressive showing at the recent regional VEX Robotics competition hosted by River Ridge Academy. Competing among 24 teams from across the area, HHCA was represented by five teams — and several advanced to the finals.

The team of Josie Hartman, Wyatt Marshall, George Cooke, Robert Forston, and Jack Toomer reached the final round, with Jack and Robert earning second place overall in the competition.

In addition to the strong overall performance, HHCA’s Caileen Holmes and WillaJames Coley were honored with the Judges Award, a special recognition given to a team that stands out to the judges for qualities such as teamwork, resilience, innovation, and sportsmanship.

We’re incredibly proud of all of these students. Their creativity, collaboration, and perseverance reflect the best of what we aim for through HHCA's robotics club.

HHCA’s robotics club continues to grow, giving students hands-on opportunities to explore engineering, programming, and problem-solving in a fun, competitive environment.
