2025 HHCA Student Council Elections
Current 8th-11th grade students are invited to run for HHCA’s 2025-2026 Student Council (STUCO).

Students in the Class of 2028 and 2029 (current 8th and 9th grades) may run for Class Representative.

Students in the Class of 2026 and 2027 may run for Class Representative or for a Student Council Officer position (President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer).
Candidates should be servant leaders—students who are willing to dedicate their time and energy to serve their classmates and school community with excellence.
Expectations
All members of HHCA Student Council are expected to:

Promote and uphold HHCA’s vision: “To Know Christ and Make Him Known”

Be courteous, honest, and fair in all interactions

Communicate clearly, respectfully, and positively

Build strong relationships with students, advisers, mentors, and administrators

Attend all regular Student Council meetings, which typically take place outside of school hours (before school or during lunch/activity period) and will not conflict with most extracurricular activities

How to Run
To be placed on the ballot:

Download and complete this Candidate Information Form.

Submit your completed form to Mrs. Higgs at the front desk by Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Election Day
Elections will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025. Candidates running for President or Vice President will present their speeches during Middle & Upper School Chapel on that day. All speeches must be submitted to Mr. Bryan Brown for approval by Thursday, April 3, 2025. New Student Council representatives and officers will be announced the week of April 8, 2025.
