What To Know Before Re-Enrollment Opens December 1st!


HHCA is incredibly appreciative of our current families and amazing school community!

Our Admissions Team wants to be sure you are aware of the re-enrollment process and know how to secure your student's seat for the 2023-2024 school year. Re-enrollment for next year starts on December 1st. On that day, you will receive a re-enrollment contract via email for each of your currently enrolled students.

For our planning purposes, the sooner you submit your re-enrollment contract(s) the better, but you do have until January 15th to submit your re-enrollment contract and secure your child's spot for next year. After January 15th, any available seats will be filled with our new candidates.



We have upgraded both our re-enrollment and tuition payment platforms. Our new re-enrollment system is SchoolAdmin, and our new tuition payment platform is FACTS Tuition Management. Within the December 1st re-enrollment communication, you will receive easy-to-follow steps to get you set up. 

NOTE: Tuition billing for the remainder of this school year will continue through our current system, Blackbaud Smart Tuition.
