HHCA ON STAGE
HHCA's award-winning theater department is dedicated to creating a collaborative learning environment with an exceptional education in dramatic arts. Students in Lower, Middle, and Upper School have opportunities to participate in main stage productions, theater courses, and various performances throughout the year.
Experiences are designed to elicit creative self-expression, critical thinking, confidence, and artistry. Beyond performing, HHCA theater students hone skills and showcase their God-given talent as performers, directors, designers, musicians, and stage technicians.
HHCA kicked off the 2024-2025 theater season with the summer stock theater production of 101 DALMATIANS in July, and will bring these productions to the stage during the school year: BIG FISH THE MUSICAL (Upper School Theater Class: December 5-7, 2024), WILLY WONKA JR (4th-12th Grades: March 20-22, 2025) and ANNIE JR. (Middle School Theater Class: May 2025)

Committed to producing superior shows that delight audiences at every age, HHCA has recently brought to stage shows such as: The Wizard of Oz, All Shook Up, White Christmas, The Sound of Music, The Little Mermaid, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Aristocats Kids, 101 Dalmatians, The Jungle Book KIDS, Finding Nemo JR, and more.
Well-recognized for outstanding productions and exceptional talent, recent awards include:

RAVE REVIEWS FOR THE MUSIC MAN
In Spring 2024, HHCA Theater delivered an outstanding production with the debut of THE MUSIC MAN at Seahawk Cultural Center on Hilton Head Island. The large-scale production featured over 70 students in the cast, tech crew and student production team, along with a 20-piece live orchestra composed of students and professional musicians.
