  • ½ Page (4.75" × 3.75" horizontal) — $75

  • Full Page (4.75" × 7.75" vertical) — $150 (includes pre-show video scroll placement, 1920 × 1080)

Season Pass (all three productions):

  • ½ Page in All — $200

  • Full Page in All — $350 (includes pre-show video scroll placement, 1920 × 1080)

  • Front Inside Cover in All — $500 (premium placement; includes pre-show video scroll)

Note: All playbills are digital, with ads also scrolling pre-show on venue screens.

Artwork Specs

  • Print (digital playbill): exact sizes above; 300 dpi; PDF, PNG, or JPG; color (RGB).

  • Lobby Screen (included with full-page and Season Full/Cover): 1920 × 1080 px; PNG or JPG; keep text large and high-contrast.

Design help?

  • Business ads: submit ready-to-use artwork in required dimensions.

  • Personal ads: send ready art or we’ll design it—share your message, student name, and an optional photo request.

FAQs

  • Can you take the photo for my student? Yes—select the design-help option and note “please take photo.”

  • Group congrats ads? Absolutely—great for teams, clubs, or the full cast.

  • Premium placement? The Front Inside Cover (Season) is limited and first-come, first-served.

  • File too big? Use a shared link (Drive/Dropbox) in the form; we’ll confirm receipt.
