UPPER SCHOOL RETREAT

Retreat is one of the most talked about events of the year, and a highlight of the HHCA experience for many.  It's a special time at the beginning of the school year for students to step away from daily school life, build positive relationships with one another, and be challenged in their walk with the Lord.

Upper School students are AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED for the retreat. However, if you are unable to attend OR if you do not plan to travel home with HHCA, you must complete this OPT OUT form.  Please review the important information included below and reach out to Mr. Jason Suddeth, Director of Spiritual Life, with any questions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT NUT ALLERGIES

Several HHCA students have life-threatening nut allergies; therefore, ALL peanuts, nuts, and nut-products are strictly prohibited on the Upper School Retreat. This includes food/snack items packed for the bus ride to and from the retreat.

Parents: Please be conscientious in the selection of snacks your child brings to retreat so we can eliminate the chance of these students being exposed to nut allergens.
